My recent trip to the west coast happened to coincide with the rising of the super moon. I was in San Francisco for this part of my journey and although it's usually foggy in the bay area during the summer months, I got lucky on this particular night and was able to capture the moon coming up behind the Bay Bridge from the Embarcadero. We took a few hour trip down to Spectacle Island. A short boat ride with views of the Boston Skyline. We arrived at 4 and took the 5:30 boat back! I could only take a few shots in this beautiful island before the last boat left. I was disappointed the last boat was before sunset and I didn't get a chance to capture in good light.
